The company is a high-tech enterprise in Suzhou City. The company focuses on research, design and manufacturing of high-tech industrial heat treatment equipment, with streamlined business operations in-house that includes sales department, engineering design department, customer service department, and financial department. The company has obtained total of 19 utility patents, and it has been awarded with ISO 9001 quality system certification and ISO 14001 environment system certification.
Suzhou Minsheng Electric Heating Engineering Co., Ltd. is located at Huangqiao Industrial Park of Xiangcheng District in Suzhou. The company has an office space that carries out design, and approximately 2,000 square meters of manufacturing facility that carries out production, both working spaces provide clean, comfortable and safe working environment for the employees. The company mainly produces and sells: large-size pit carburizing furnaces, pit nitriding furnace, atmosphere protecting combined furnace groups, vertical aluminum alloy quenching furnaces, stepping box resistance heating furnace, continuous finishing heat treatment furnaces for copper band and stainless-steel band, semi-continuous tri-chambers magnetic field vacuum heat-treatment furnace production line, etc. Additional the company also provides consultation services for any heat treatment related services such as technical development, novel heat treatment technology, Intelligent heat treatment platform, equipment control system technology, etc.
The company’s core employees are from different scientific research institutions within China, they have been in the furnace industry or heat treatment research for over 10 years, and have an extensive knowledge and working experiences. The design and manufacture teams comprised of 3 senior engineers with doctoral degrees, 17 senior engineers, 20 engineers and 8 mechanics. The team has experience working with clients both domestically and internationally in aspects of intelligent heat treatment process, atmosphere control, heat treatment technology, functional heat treatment technology, and carries out turn-key services for clients.
