Introduction of Equipment Structure:
This production line is made up of pit carburizing furnace, slow cooling tank, oil groove, flume and control system.
Application：
This production line is mainly used in carburization and of low carbon steel and low carbon alloy steel; and such heat treatment process as conditioning, quenching, washing and tempering of the medium carbon steel, etc.
Features of Pit Gas Carburizing Furnace Equipment:
1. Adopt flexible connection of muffle and diversion tube, and the floating and support are combined effectively. All these measures have controlled the problem of muffle and diversion tube.
