Application:
It is used to carry out continuous finishing heat treatment with tension for the brass and basis brass band materials.
Equipment Features:
1. The loading is of hydraulic lifting, while the lifting and shifting are of manual operation.
2. The uncoiling machine is composed of magnetic powder brake, chain wheel, chain, transmission shaft, expanding roller, bearing and box body. The copper band is to be placed on the expanding roller of the uncoiling machine, the copper band, under the pulling force, rotates the expanding roller, and the expanding roller, through the transmission shaft, chain and chain wheel, transmits the rotating torque to the magnetic powder brake, then the magnetic powder brake, under the effect of PLC, programmable controller and frequency transformer, controls the tension for the band material uncoiling.
3. The annealing heating furnace is composed of compressing mechanism, before furnace cooling section, muffle, furnace body and gap regulating mechanism, etc.
4. The the cooling section and circulating system are to cool the band material without oxidization. The cooling section plays the role of a protector, to prevent the oxidizing gas from entering in, and at the same time to fill with deoxidizing gas, while the circulating system is to circulate the gas entering into the cooling section, to take away the heat from the band material, and the gas, after being cooled through the heat exchanger, re-enter into the cooling section anew.
5. S roller is composed of speed reducer, frequency conversion motor, coupling, transmission shaft, bearing and roller, by changing the voltage frequency inputted in frequency conversion motor it is possible to regulate the rotation speed of the frequency conversion motor, to transmit the torsion to the roller through the coupling and transmission shaft, and the band material goes through heating furnace for being heated and through cooking section for being cooled, and then goes round over S roller to go forward by relying on the static friction force of the roller and band material.
6. The effect of the rolling machine is to roll the band material into rolls after its having passed through the annealing furnace, so as for it to be packed and transported; the transmission mode is similar to that of the S roller, with the difference being the roller on the rolling machine being an expanding roller (being same as that on the uncoiling machine).
7. The effect of the water route system is to provide cooling water for the heat exchanger of the before furnace cooling section, gap regulating mechanism, cooling section and circulating system, and it is mainly composed of pipeline, movable joint, bend, valve, three-way valve and so on. The required intake water pressure shall not be less than1.5kg /cm2 .The water must be filtered and purified. The hardness shall be ≤10 degrees, and the PH value shall be 6~9.
8. The effect of the gas route system is to provide protecting atmosphere (deoxidizing) for the production line, and it is composed of pressure gauge, flow meter, valve, bend, three-way valve, movable joint, pipes and so on; it two channels to provide gas for the production line at the same time.
